Nick is an internationally experienced venue and event management expert with a focus on development and implementation of venue operations, integrating diverse teams and stakeholders.
Originally from the UK, he has strong international experience, holding Director-level roles within organising committees, venues and consultancies across the UAE Saudi Arabia, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Nick’s projects have included the Olympic & Paralympic Games, COP28, Neom Beach Games, Commonwealth Games, Expo 2020 and the launch of Excel London.
Working as Project Director, Consultant or Critical Friend, he gets the best from operational delivery teams through collaborative and engaging management.
Lara Middleditch

Lara is recognised for providing advice to, or working within, local organising committees including COP28, FIFA World Cup, Expo 2020, Expo 2023, Olympic & Paralympic Games and as well as several Commonwealth Games, Asian Games and Rugby World Cups.
Her experience spans projects in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Indonesia and Turkmenistan.
Lara has key expertise in the management of the Main Operations Centre (MOC) for mega events including incident resolution processes, crisis management, leadership mentoring, MOC team readiness, and event-time delivery as a MOC Director.
Lara holds a Master of Management degree in Sport Business.
